Calverda began in operations advisory and set out to become the firm that builds and runs the answer, because a plan nobody implements is worth nothing and a system nobody owns drifts.
How we got here.
Calverda started in operations advisory: understanding how a business actually runs and what should change. The diagnosis is rarely the hard part. The hard part is what comes after. Often nobody builds the answer, or something generic gets bought and the business bends around it, and the technology underneath is left to whoever is cheapest.
So Calverda has grown toward building and running the answer, not only recommending it. The aim is one firm that can take the work from the first conversation through to a working process, system, or piece of software, and then keep running the technology it depends on: devices, networks, cloud, security, and support.
