Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment
Calverda LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to access and benefit from our website (https://www.calverda.com), regardless of ability or the technology they use, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design, build, and maintain the Site.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, at three levels: A, AA, and AAA. We aim to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
We have evaluated the Site against WCAG 2.2 Level AA using a combination of automated testing (with the axe accessibility engine) and manual review, including keyboard operation, color-contrast verification, heading-structure checks, and support for reduced-motion preferences. Based on this evaluation, we consider the Site to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA — meaning it meets the standard across the pages we evaluated, while some content may not yet fully conform. This is an internal evaluation and is not a substitute for an independent third-party audit. We re-evaluate accessibility as we update the Site and address issues as we identify them.
Measures We Take
We take the following measures to ensure and improve the accessibility of the Site:
- Treating accessibility as a requirement throughout design and development
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful non-text content
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast throughout the Site
- Ensuring all functionality is operable with a keyboard
- Providing visible focus indicators for interactive elements
- Using clear, consistent, and predictable navigation
- Writing semantic, well-structured HTML with appropriate landmarks and headings
- Ensuring forms have clear labels, instructions, and error messages
- Honoring user preferences such as reduced motion
- Testing with automated accessibility tools and keyboard navigation
- Building with assistive technologies, such as screen readers, in mind
Technical Specifications
Accessibility of the Site relies on the following technologies to work with your web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your device:
- HTML
- WAI-ARIA
- CSS
- JavaScript
These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
Compatibility With Browsers and Assistive Technology
The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major web browsers (such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers. The Site may not perform optimally with older browsers or technologies that do not support modern web standards.
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations may include third-party components and certain dynamic or embedded content. Some animated elements are decorative; where motion is used, we honor your browser or system "reduced motion" preference. Automated testing cannot detect every accessibility issue, and the Site has not been reviewed by an independent third party. We are actively working to identify and address these areas. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, please let us know so we can address it.
Third-Party Content
While we strive to make our own content accessible, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content on third-party websites that we may link to, or of third-party integrations and platforms that may be embedded on the Site. We encourage third-party providers to support accessibility and welcome reports of any issues you experience.
Assessment Approach
We assess the accessibility of the Site using a combination of automated testing with the axe accessibility engine and manual review, including keyboard navigation, color-contrast verification, and heading-structure checks, carried out as part of our development process. We have not engaged an independent third party to audit the Site, and automated tools cannot detect every possible issue, so manual and assisted evaluation remains ongoing.
Feedback and Assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Site. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 2–3 business days and to work with you toward a resolution. When reporting an issue, it helps to include the web address of the page, a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.
Formal Complaints
If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter by emailing us with "Accessibility Complaint" in the subject line. We take such complaints seriously and will work to resolve them promptly.
