Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 17, 2026

Last Updated: June 17, 2026

Calverda LLC ("Calverda," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website, https://www.calverda.com (the "Site"), contact us, or otherwise interact with us, and describes the rights and choices available to you.

Please read this Policy carefully. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Calverda LLC is the controller responsible for the personal information processed under this Policy. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us using the details in the "Contact Us" section below.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

Information you provide to us

When you complete a contact or inquiry form, request information, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide details such as your name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, job title, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically

When you access the Site, we use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool to collect aggregated, non-identifying usage information, such as the pages you view, the referring website, your browser and device type, operating system, and general location (country) derived from your IP address. Your IP address is not stored, and this information is not used to identify you (see Sections 6 and 7).

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from analytics providers, service providers, and publicly available sources, which we combine with the information described above to operate and improve the Site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, health, or financial account data) through the Site, and we ask that you not submit such information to us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Site
  • Improve, personalize, and analyze the Site and our services
  • Communicate with you about our services, where permitted
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information only where we have a valid legal basis to do so, including:

  • Consent — where you have given us permission, which you may withdraw at any time;
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Site and our business, where not overridden by your rights;
  • Contract — to take steps at your request and respond to your inquiries;
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable law.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as hosting, form processing, and analytics) and that are expected to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us;
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Calverda, our users, or others;
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy;
  • With your direction or consent — when you ask us to share information or otherwise agree.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies to track or identify you. Our analytics tool (see Section 7) is cookieless, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. Because we do not set non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required to use the Site. If our use of cookies or similar technologies changes in the future, we will update this Policy and provide any consent mechanism required by law.

7. Analytics and Third-Party Services

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service, to understand how the Site is used in aggregate. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect or store IP addresses or other personal information, and does not track visitors across websites or over time. We also use Formspree to process and deliver messages you submit through our contact form. Each provider processes information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Site, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and any information you provide is processed in the United States, including by our service providers. If you access the Site or contact us from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By providing your information, you consent to this transfer.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a portable copy of your information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note: we do not sell or share personal information)
  • Not be subjected to discrimination for exercising your rights

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above, including the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. You may exercise your rights yourself or through an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.

EEA and UK residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you may exercise the rights described above and have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

12. Your Choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain analytics tracking. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, we treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid request to opt out where applicable law requires. You may also unsubscribe from any marketing communications using the link provided in those messages.

13. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
